The CYP AU-D1 is a Digital to Analogue Audio Signal Converter, allowing optical audio sources to be connected to any AV / Audio Receiver featuring an analogue audio input.
The AU-D1 DAC (Digital to Analogue Converter) provides a sampling rate supporting up to 96kHz / 24-bit, to provide high quality audio signal conversion; ideal for connecting digital audio out from a HDTV to an analogue AV / audio receiver or amplifier.
The AUD1 DAC is ideal for use in integrating with digital recording systems, PC audio systems or digital mixing consoles and receives it’s power from any USB port (such as from a HDTV, Blu-Ray player or PC) without the need for a separate external power supply.
The new CYP AU-D1 will allow the user to integrate this digital audio signal with any analogue AV / audio receiver. 
  • Supports optical digital audio signal input and conversion to L/R analogue audio signal output (DAC)
  • Supports uncompressed digital LPCM stereo audio input
  • Supports LPCM audio sampling rates up to 96 kHz (including 32, 44.1, 48, 88.2 and 96 kHz).
  • Supports S/PDIF bitstream 24-bit of data for the left and right channels
  • USB powered : 0.75m USB cable included
  • Note : Does not support the decoding of Dolby Digital Signals (Please see AU-D1D for Dolby Downmixing)
