Product Information

The AT-VMN45xML is a 2.2 × 0.12 mil microlinear nude replacement stylus with a solid boron cantilever, compatible with the AT-VM745xML, VM540ML, and VM740ML cartridges. The solid boron cantilever is naturally lightweight and rigid, transmitting signals from the record groove faster than an aluminium cantilever for more accurate sound reproduction, particularly noticeable on dynamic musical passages. The microlinear profile closely duplicates the shape of the cutting stylus used to produce the original master disc, enabling accurate tracing of high-frequency passages and even stylus wear for extended record and stylus life. As with all AT-VMx and VM Series cartridges, the shared body design means the stylus is also compatible with almost any other VMx or VM Series cartridge body (excluding mono models).

Ideal For

A direct replacement stylus for owners of the AT-VM745xML, VM540ML, or VM740ML cartridges, or as a premium microlinear boron cantilever upgrade for other compatible AT-VMx and VM Series cartridge bodies.
