DPD is our preferred courier. As soon as your order is picked and ready to ship, DPD will send a delivery time notification via text or to your chosen email address. You can also enter your allocated tracking number at https://track.dpd.co.uk/ to monitor the driver’s progress using live online mapping.

We always strive to ship at our cost; however, sometimes a carriage charge is unavoidable. Please see the guidelines below:

UK Mainland

• Orders over £100 (excluding VAT): FREE delivery.
• Orders under £100 (excluding VAT): Subsidised delivery charge of £6.
• Timed delivery before 12:00: £6, unless the order value is under £100 (excluding VAT), in which case it is £12.
• Timed delivery before 10:30: £12, unless the order value is under £100 (excluding VAT), in which case it is £18 (someone must be available to receive delivery from 08:30).
• Saturday delivery (FREE on orders over £250 excluding VAT, by request): You must notify us by 14:00 on Friday to arrange this.
• Saturday delivery for orders under £250 (excluding VAT): Charged at £12 (must be requested by 14:00 on Friday).

Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Scilly Isles

• Orders over £250 (excluding VAT): FREE delivery (2-day DPD service).
• Orders under £250 (excluding VAT): Subsidised charge of £18 (2-day DPD service).

Oversized Items

• Items exceeding 1m in length and up to 30kg in weight (typically furniture) must be shipped via Parcelforce 48-hour service and will incur a £10 charge. We will always provide guidance before shipping to avoid unexpected charges.

Sanus Equipment Racks

• Due to increased pallet costs, we're now providing shipping quotes on request (POA) for Sanus equipment racks. This premium service typically arrives next day. The driver will only unload the pallet. He will not assist in removing the rack from the pallet, carrying it into a property (as they are not insured to do so), nor removing the pallet. Please contact us if you require further information.
