The AT2020USB-X is a USB-C condenser microphone designed for content creators, offering the sound of the critically acclaimed AT2020 with plug-and-play USB-C operation. A high-resolution A/D converter supports sampling rates up to 24-bit/96 kHz for clear, natural sound reproduction. The cardioid polar pattern keeps pickup focused on the source and minimises background noise, making it well suited to streaming, podcasting, home recording, gaming, and video production.

A built-in 3.5 mm headphone jack with volume control enables direct zero-latency monitoring of the microphone signal, while a mix control allows blending of the microphone signal with computer audio. A soft-touch capacitive mute button silences the microphone instantly, with a two-state LED ring indicator that lights blue when active and red when muted. The microphone is supplied with a custom desk stand (AT8702), a USB-C to USB-A cable (2 m) with USB-A to USB-C adapter, and a 3/8"-16 to 5/8"-27 threaded adapter. The optional AT8455 shock mount is compatible with 3/8"-16 and 5/8"-27 threaded stands and provides front-access to the microphone controls.
