The Audio-Technica ATH-M20xSTS is a lightweight streaming headset modelled after the brand's best-selling ATH-M20x professional studio headphones, combining full-range 40mm drivers with a boom-arm microphone for content monitoring and gameplay. The 40mm drivers use rare earth magnets and copper-clad aluminium wire voice coils, tuned for enhanced low-frequency performance, while the cardioid condenser microphone — based on Audio-Technica's iconic 20 Series mic technology — is mounted on a flexible-but-sturdy boom arm that helps reject background noise and deliver clear voice capture. Flipping the boom arm up instantly mutes the microphone.

The headset comes with a 2m (6.6') detachable cable terminating in a 3.5mm (1/8") 4-pole TRRS mini-plug for direct connection to gaming consoles, along with USB-C and USB-A adapters for plug-and-play connectivity with PCs and mobile devices. At just 230g, with breathable mesh earpads, it's designed for extended comfort during long streaming, monitoring, or gaming sessions.
