The CYP OR-PIP42SDMO is a 4 x 2 HDMI matrix with multi-view capabilities, multiple multiview arrangements, and a CYP SDM output module slot. Adding different output SDM modules allows the core OR-PIP42SDMO to be used in many ways. Fitting a streaming module such as the SDM-XT-4K combines streaming and recording functionality with rich video processing, making online broadcasting of live video straightforward; video content up to 4K UHD is supported and automatically scaled to a resolution appropriate for efficient streaming.

Changing the module to the SDM-SDV-FTRX integrates the core product into a 10G SDVoE AV over IP system, while an HDBaseT module such as the SDM-HBT1-TX allows integration into an HDBaseT system for up to 100m signal extension, demonstrating the flexibility of CYP's SDM product range across a single core product.

The OR-PIP42SDMO also features an HDMI output for local monitoring and an audio mixer function, allowing an external audio source to be mixed with the embedded audio of the HDMI source (LPCM 2.0 only) for the video stream or signal extension. Comprehensive EDID management, an intuitive Web GUI, and adjustable audio functions round out the unit's capabilities.
