The CYP SDM-XT-C USB-C Capture and Recorder is a USB-C video capture recorder SDM module, supporting resolutions up to 4K UHD+ (18Gbps) for PC capturing and/or re-broadcast. Part of CYP's SDM range of modules, this output module can be used with core SDM modules such as the OR-PIP42SDMO.

A special video timing stabilisation feature helps ensure the USB capture stream won't lock up or drop, even if the HDMI input source is intermittent or becomes disconnected. USB capture is accomplished using the UAC (USB Audio Class) and UVC (USB Video Class) standards, allowing the unit to support most common video capture, chat, or streaming software, including the free OBS streaming software available for Windows PC, macOS, and Linux.
