  Supplied with the custom designed Bar45 load bar that simplifies wire alignment and significantly shortens untwisted pairs inside the plug, improving NEXT and FEXT performance. The Hi/Lo stagger design seats directly on top of the plug pins and allows the cable to be inserted further into the plug for superior signal integrity.
• 3 prong contacts with 50µ 24ct gold plating
  Uses a 3 prong contact design with 50 micro inch 24 carat gold plating over 100 micro inch nickel for strong, stable contact with each conductor. This reduces electrical resistance, improves long term reliability, and is optimized for PoE/PoH applications.
• Commercial UL94 V0 rated construction
  Manufactured from high quality polycarbonate with a UL94 V0 commercial rating, suitable for use with CMP plenum, CMR, CM, and LSZH up to B2ca rated cables. The plugs are UL and cUL Listed (E520614) for added safety and compliance assurance.
• Color tinted, installer friendly design
